Set with a heart-shaped diamond weighing 3.93 carats, suspending a marquise-shaped diamond weighing 2.00 carats and a pear-shaped diamond weighing 5.00 carats, completed by a fine chain necklace spectacle-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 420mm.
