Description
The pendant of quatrefoil design, embossed with the figure of Madonna to one side and a chalice to the other, within a foliate scroll border, to a heavy circular link chain, length approximately 1460mm; accompanied by a snuff box of concave fluted design, with acanthus leaf and flower decoration to the sides, maker's marks for Alexandre Magnier, measurements approximately 80mm x 55mm x 20mm.
Condition
Snuff box weight approximately 63 grams, reliquary pendant and chain weight approximately 170 grams, snuff box with some slight wear and some small holes to base consistent with wear.
