Description

The articulated motif decorated with 9 round and cushion-shaped demantoid garnets representing grapes, further accented with 1 old European-cut diamond of yellow tint and 15 small old European-cut diamonds, Russian assay marks. With fitted case.

Condition

The case is stamped on the silk with an obscured maker's name and Palais-Royal, Paris. Brooch has assay marks for Russia and 14 karat gold. The yellow diamond weighs approximately .60 carat. The balance of the diamonds are near colorless and included. A few of the demantoids have small chips. Some minor solder repair on reverse.
