Description

the beast finely modelled and striding with the left leg forward, the haunches incised with stylized circles and muscles, the head raised high upon the sinuous 'S'-shaped neck, accented by a rigid mane, the mouth open as if in an animated neigh and finely incised with the folds of skin around the lips, brows over the bulging eyes and the alertly pricked upright ears, ample traces of red pigments overall
