Condition

Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the dark blue tends more towards electric blue and the orange-reds more to tomato-red in the original. Condition: The work is in very good condition. There is an extremely fine, short and unobtrusive feather crack to the lower left corner and a tiny speck of paint loss 8cm in from the centre of the left edge visible upon close inspection. There is a minute pinhead-sized speck of paint loss to the topmost part of the right extreme edge. No restoration is apparent under ultraviolet light.
