Catalogue Note

Stiarna was built by Camper and Nicholson along with Bloodhound and Foxhound. They differed slightly from standard twelve metre class yachts in that their hulls were strengthened to withstand the rigours of ocean racing. Bloodhound was by far the most successful and was the private yacht of her Majesty the Queen in the 1960s.
