The comb of carved horn decorated with whiplash scrolls bordering a gold plaque designed as wheat stalks with webbed terminals, realistically decorated in yellow and orange translucent enamel, width approximately 4 ½ inches, signed Lalique.  



Together with the original preparatory drawing for the hair comb opposite, circa 1900.
