Renaissance-Revival Gold, sapphire, pearl and rock crystal pendant, circa 1830

Designed as a cross set with oval and round cabochon sapphires, the terminals decorated with pairs of split pearls, within gold mountings chased with garlands and hearts and accented with  beadwork clusters, supporting three flexible fringes of rectangular rock crystals and cabochon sapphires. With fitted leather box stamped D.L.
