Unruled, single-column text, 14–19 lines, written in a Sephardic semi-cursive script by 2 different hands, first scribe (fols. 1–14) providing catchwords on verso of first and last leaves only, second scribe (fols. 15–57) providing catchwords on every leaf, pagination in pencil; imperfect at beginning and end, leaves guarded and resewn into modern quires, leaves lacking between pages 12–13 and 28–29, some ink oxidation, last 3 leaves damaged with some loss of text. Modern brown cloth.
