Overview
The SØR Rusche collection comprises more than 220 Old Master paintings, made up of 17th-century Dutch and Flemish works. Amassed over three generations, the collection features exceptional examples of paintings by lesser-known Golden Age artists. Together they offer a broad survey of Dutch painting and a fascinating insight into the diverse range of art that was created and collected in the Netherlands during that period. This well-documented collection will be offered in a series of auctions, commencing with a dedicated Online Sale alongside a group of works in our May Mid-Season Sale, providing today’s new and established collectors with a unique opportunity to acquire a part of this narrative.
