Helen Hatch joined Sotheby’s Prints as a Specialist in 2016. She is responsible for cataloguing the twice yearly sales of Prints & Multiples, and has managed the Contemporary Living sale and contributed to several Single Owner and online sales since joining Sotheby’s in 2013.
Ms. Hatch has worked at both The Metropolitan Museum of Art in the Drawings & Prints Department, and the Williams College Museum of Art. She began her career in the auction world at Christie’s Old Master Paintings & 19th Century European Art department.
Ms. Hatch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Art History from Williams College, and a Master of Philosophy degree in the History of Art from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Herchel Smith Fellow at Emmanuel College.
