On 19 October, Sotheby’s Los Angeles welcomed guests for an evening all about Old Masters. The night began with cocktails and a viewing of travelling highlights from our upcoming Master Paintings sales in London and New York, including works by Hubert Robert, Willem Drost and Sandro Botticelli and his workshop. Later, Sotheby’s Old Master Paintings Director Christopher Apostle led a conversation in the gallery with LA collectors Dominique Mielle and Juan Carrillo about bringing Old Masters into contemporary interiors.
