The upholstery to the backs of the chairs has been removed to reveal old rails and stiles with minor restorations. Overall the mahogany with usual old marks, nicks and scratches consistent with age and use. The backs are slightly loose and could use tightening; otherwise the chairs are sturdy and have a nice rich mahogany color.
