J oin us this January for Visions of America, a celebration of American craftsmanship and culture filled with auctions, events, and experiences. Spanning three floors of gallery space at our New York headquarters, Visions of America presents unparalleled examples of American art and objects spanning the 17th century to today.

The auctions include a diverse array of superlative fine art, furniture, fashion, decorative arts, folk art, historic maps, books, whiskey, manuscripts, and more.

Thom Browne, the American fashion designer, avid collector and Chairman of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, is the curatorial partner of Visions of America, and has selected his favorite art and objects from the sales.

AD 100 and ELLE Decor A-list interior designer, Corey Damen Jenkins, has transformed 1,000 square-feet of gallery space into a pied-à-terre using his bold design aesthetic and incorporating pieces from the sales.

Exhibitions will be open to the public from 12-19 January, with auctions running from 19-29 January.

    For Freedoms

    Founded in 2016 by a coalition of artists, For Freedoms is an artist-led organization that centers art as a catalyst for creative civic engagement, discourse, and direct action. They are dedicated to fostering an environment of listening, healing, and justice through a wide range of creative activations with artists, organizations, institutions, and beyond.

    In 2018, Hank Willis Thomas and Emily Shur, in collaboration with Eric Gottesman and Wyatt Gallery from For Freedoms restaged Norman Rockwell’s Four Freedoms paintings with a contemporary, inclusive vision of who makes up the United States and what freedom might look like. During Visions of America, For Freedoms will offer three collections of photographs from this series. Each collection starts at $50,000 and proceeds will benefit For Freedoms.
